For items which are damaged in shipping or damaged due to workmanship flaws, within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form. We may request pictures of the damaged items and/or require return of the damaged item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Returns are accepted on unused product for 30 days after your order arrives. A restocking fee may apply.
For custom items, no refunds are offered.
